Anlage V Easy is an online tool that helps non-resident landlords prepare their German Anlage V rental-income annex. It generates a line-by-line ELSTER preparation report that the user submits themselves.

Important: Anlage V Easy is a software tool and does not constitute tax advice within the meaning of § 3 StBerG (Steuerberatungsgesetz). For complex situations (multi-entity ownership, inheritance, cross-border restructuring) consult a licensed Steuerberater.

All content on anlage-v-easy.com (text, images, logos, graphics, software, database) is the exclusive property of the operator or its partners and is protected by French, German, and international intellectual-property law.
