Anlage V Easy is an online tool that helps non-resident landlords prepare their German Anlage V rental-income annex. It generates a line-by-line ELSTER preparation report that the user submits themselves.
Important: Anlage V Easy is a software tool and does not constitute tax advice within the meaning of § 3 StBerG (Steuerberatungsgesetz). For complex situations (multi-entity ownership, inheritance, cross-border restructuring) consult a licensed Steuerberater.
