1. What this service does

Anlage V Easy is a software tool that prepares the German Anlage V rental-income annex based on data you enter. We generate a PDF. You submit it yourself via ELSTER.

2. Price and payment

€79 per filing, one-time, paid before you download the ELSTER preparation report. Payments processed by Stripe. VAT included where applicable.

3. No tax advice

Anlage V Easy is not a Steuerberater. Nothing in the product or the AI assistant constitutes tax advice within the meaning of § 3 StBerG. For complex situations consult a licensed professional.

4. Refund policy

We refund in full if the computed values are demonstrably wrong, provided you contact us within 30 days of download with details. You waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal upon explicit consent at checkout, because the digital product is delivered immediately after payment.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. Our maximum liability per filing is 10× the price paid. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the submission to the Finanzamt.
