The separate annex for holiday flats and short-term rentals.
Anlage V-FeWo is the annex for holiday homes (Ferienwohnungen) and short-term letting, introduced alongside Anlage V so that the specific questions for these properties — days let, days of own use, vacancy, and whether the flat is offered exclusively to guests — are asked in one place. Those facts decide whether all costs are deductible, whether they must be split between rental and private use, or whether the Finanzamt can question the intention to make a profit. A flat let long-term to one tenant stays on the ordinary Anlage V. If you combine both uses in one year, or mix own stays with platform bookings, expect the Finanzamt to ask for the calendar. Anlage V Easy covers long-term residential letting; holiday-rental cases are flagged at eligibility rather than forced into the wrong annex.
